Payment

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and Paypal. All payments are processed by Paypal. We do not take or store any credit or debit card details. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. You can select credit card payment method and enter your card details directly on Payment network.

Payment is taken immediatly and order will be sent once the details are checked and stock is confirmed. If on the rare occassion the item is out of stock it will be sent once stock is replenished

Delivery

We deliver throughout UK. Delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 working days depending on the location and the choosen delivery method.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK mainland except Scottish highlands are Free for our standard service. UK express delivery is charged at £4.99 for 24 hours delivery (UK mainland only and Scottish highlands excluded).

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Cart" button. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order. The contract will be filed.

Cancellation and Refund

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is unopened and in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
