Delivery

At Game Access we offer standard free delivery on everything throughout mainland UK (excluding Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland for some large items like Wii balance baords and steering wheels).

Please ensure that your shipping address details are entered correctly when placing your order.  We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

You have a choice of Shipping Methods, and the following delivery times can be used as a guideline and will depend on stock availability.

UK Standard Delivery: Free

Standard delivery throughout the UK is free of charge.  Once you order has been despatched, UK standard delivery is normally completed within 2-3 working days, unless you have selected the UK Express Delivery.

UK Express Delivery:  £4.99 per order up to 10kg.

Orders will be sent out via UPS next day service. A signature will be required upon receipt. Packages despatched by this method are usually received within 24 hours of shipment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm may take 48 hours to be delivered. A tracking number will be issued when your order has been despatched. This service is available to UK mainland only except Scottish Highlands.

Please note: 

Working days are Monday to Friday except where this falls on a Bank Holiday. - All orders are subject to successful credit card or PayPal authorisation and subject to goods being in stock at time of despatch. If you would like to receive your order the next day then you may take advantage of our UK Express Delivery Service.
